Dr. Peter Fleming, P.E. – President
Dr. Fleming is President of Geo-Technologies, Inc.(GTI) and is responsible for all the technical and administrative aspects of the company. He has over 38 years of professional experience focused in the areas of geotechnical and environmental engineering related projects. Dr. Fleming is a registered engineer in twenty six states across the U.S. He has completed several thousand geotechnical studies nationally and internationally involving high-rise structures, dams, lakes, interstate highways, bridges, airports, resorts, marinas, retaining structures, levees, shoring systems, geophysical explorations, synthetic liners, vibration studies, in-situ testing, and liquefaction studies.
Many of the projects involved evaluation of shallow and deep foundation systems, slope stability analysis, retaining walls, settlement, seepage calculations, and seismic vibration studies.
Dr. Fleming also provided expert testimony on numerous geotechnical and environmental issues. Dr. Fleming is nationally known for his innovative and cost saving solutions to complicated geotechnical problems. Dr. Fleming provided engineering services for the cellular industry including environmental, geotechnical and foundation design services. Dr. Fleming is a member of the slab-on-grade committie and has extensive experience with post-tensioned slab foundations. Dr. Fleming is also Co-Chairman for the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Standards Committee. He is also a member of the Arizona Board of Technical Registration & Enforcement Advisory Committee.
Dr. Fleming is also responsible for the firm's Environmental Services Division, including training and technical consultation. Dr. Fleming's expertise in these areas have been utilized in soil and groundwater remediation, groundwater modeling and tracking of contaminated migration, environmental site assessments, and underground storage tank evaluations and removal. He has provided review of several thousand Phase I environmental site assesments, Phase II site characterization studies including soil gas surveys and Phase III remediation studies.
He is fully EPA AHERA-certified to direct all asbestos identification, evaluation and abatement activities. He is also an EPA-approved radon mitigator and he is an American Indoor Air Quality Council (AmIAQC) Certified Microbial Consultant. Dr. Fleming is also a Certified Residential Mold Inspector with the Indoor Environmental Standards Organization (IESO). He is also a Certified Instructor for the IESO and conducts mold training classes nationally. Dr. Fleming is also president of the Mold Training Institute (MTI) conducting mold training nationally.

George Fleming, P.E. - Sr. Vice President
Mr. George Fleming is the Corporate Senior Vice President and has over 48 years experience in Civil Engineering related projects both nationally and internationally. Most recently he was the section manager for the San Juaquin Hill Transportation Corridor Highway Project for Caltrans, a billion dollar design build highway project in California. His responsibilities included overviewing and verifying the consultant's engineering submissions, liason between engineering staff, consultant, agencies, utility companies, contractors and owner.
Mr. George Fleming has reviewed and conducted several hundred environmental site assessments and Phase II characterization studies for many lending institutions across the United States. Mr. Fleming is also responsible for analysis, design and construction supervision for numerous retaining wall systems. He provided special structural inspections on many large projects in the southwestern United States. Mr. Fleming also provided technical leadership and consulting to professional engineering staff on numerous projects, including: shallow and deep foundation systems, structural analysis and review, drainage calculations, roadway design and review. He is responsible for the foundation design of hundreds of towers for the telecommunications industry. Mr. Fleming provides senior overview of GTI’s reports.

Jennifer M. Clark, Vice President
Mrs. Clark is Vice President with GTI and is responsible for all the NEPA aspects of the company. She also provides senior review of our Phase I environmental studies. Mrs. Clark has completed several hundred NEPA and Phase I environmental site assessment studies as well as geotechnical subsurface explorations in Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Texas. In addition, Mrs. Clark is in charge of GTI's seismic refraction survey operations. Mrs. Clark has also been involved with numerous Phase II site characterization studies and Phase III site remediation activities. Mrs. Clark is also a Certified Mold Inspector with MTI and has conducted many mold surveys and remediation projects. She is also responsible for company marketing activities.

David Clark, Regional Manager
Mr. David Clark is a Regional Manager with GTI and is in-charge of our Tucson operations. He has completed numerous Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Phase II Site Characterization Studies. Mr. Clark has also completed several hundred geotechnical subsurface explorations throughout Arizona and California, and conducted percolation testing for septic systems and storm water retention ponds. He has completed numerous seismic refraction surveys for the telecommunication industry. Mr. Clark has also provided special inspection services and is PTI, ACI, and ATTI certified. Mr. Clark is also a Certified Mold Inspector with the Mold Training Institute (MTI) and a member of the American Indoor Air Quality Council.
