GTI was founded in 1995 by Dr. Peter Fleming, P.E., with the intent of creating a geotechnical, environmental, and materials engineering company that would be able to supply customers with innovative, cost-saving solutions to residential, commercial, industrial, and telecommunication engineering needs. Today GTI employs Professional Engineers, Geologists, Biologists, Archeologists, and technicians in both the corporate office located in Scottsdale, AZ and the branch office in Tucson, AZ. GTI also has an office in Guadalajara, Mexico.

The key members of the firm have provided a wide range of services from feasibility studies through design and construction. Dr. Peter Fleming, P.E., the President of GTI, and his staff have completed several thousand geotechnical and environmental studies in Arizona, as well as New Mexico, California, Nevada, Utah, Texas, Colorado, Washington, and Mexico.

The GTI representatives are very familiar with development projects and the geotechnical parameters needed for a successful, practical and cost effective design solutions. Our engineers, geologists, scientist, and technicians share the team concept to provide quality work, executed on time, and within budget.
